Terms of Service

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to Hotel Revel (the “Hotel”) and are part of our reservation agreement with guests. They are based on industry standards and our operational procedures. By completing a reservation and/or signing the hotel registration agreement, you agree to these Terms. We may update them from time to time; please check this page periodically.

Forms of payment

The Hotel accepts reservations paid by credit card or debit card. We do not accept checks. A pre-authorization may be placed on your card at check-in for the full amount of your stay plus applicable taxes. This is a hold, not an immediate charge. After check-out, your bank may take from 24 hours up to 30 days to release the hold. The Hotel cannot remove pre-authorizations; timing is determined by your bank.

Guaranteed reservation

Reservations made with a credit or debit card are guaranteed. Guests must be at least 18 years of age and present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. The Hotel does not charge your card at the time you make the reservation.

Cancellation

The Hotel is not responsible for weather, personal emergencies, or schedule changes. To avoid a cancellation fee, you must cancel at least forty-eight (48) hours before your arrival date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival may result in a charge of one (1) full night's room rate plus taxes. For multi-night stays, only the first night and applicable taxes will be charged. Always obtain and save your cancellation number.

No-show charges

If you do not check in on your scheduled arrival date, a no-show fee of one (1) night's full room rate plus applicable taxes may be charged to your card. The remainder of the reservation will be cancelled.

Check-in and check-out

Guests must be at least 18 to check in. At check-in, you must provide valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID and a valid signed credit card in the name of the registered guest.

Rooms are available from 3:00 PM Central Time on the day of arrival. If you have not checked in by 6:00 PM Central Time, the Hotel may reassign the room.

Check-out is by 11:00 AM Central Time. Please stop by the front desk so housekeeping can begin. For a later check-out, contact the front desk in advance; a fee may apply.

Room keys

Room keys are issued to registered guests 18 and over. Lost keys require presentation of valid government-issued ID at the front desk for replacement. All keys must be returned at check-out.

Housekeeping

Housekeeping is provided daily, typically between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM Central Time. Rooms are cleaned and inspected daily. For multi-night stays, linens are changed on a rotation schedule; towels are exchanged daily. If housekeeping cannot access a bed due to personal items, a note will be left. Fresh towels and linens are available at the front desk. Smoking of any kind (including e-cigarettes and vaping) or use of prohibited substances in the room may result in fines and eviction without refund.

Prohibited items and activities

Except for Hotel-provided microwave and refrigerator, cooking in guest rooms is prohibited. A minimum fee of $300 may be charged for use of cooking appliances (e.g., hot plates, toaster ovens, rice cookers, open flames, grills) or any item prohibited by the Tarrant County fire marshal. Open fires, flames, grills, and fireworks are not allowed on Hotel property.

Smoke-free property

The Hotel is smoke-free. Smoking of tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vaping, hookahs, incense, candles, or use of strong-smelling oils or diffusers is not permitted. Violations may result in fees and eviction without refund.

Quiet hours

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM Central Time. Televisions and devices should be kept at a respectful volume. Doors should be opened and closed quietly. Please do not host large gatherings in rooms or hallways. Report disruptive guests to the front desk.

Parking

All guest vehicles must be listed on your registration at check-in. Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk; the Hotel does not assume liability for vehicles, occupants, or contents. Vehicles left after departure without written consent may be towed at the owner's expense.

Damage and theft of Hotel property

Guests are liable for damage to rooms or Hotel property caused by the guest or anyone in the guest's party. The Hotel may retain your card details and charge for repair or replacement. If damage is discovered after departure, the Hotel may charge your card. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize costs.

Lost or stolen guest property

The Hotel is not liable for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged guest belongings. Parking does not constitute a contract of safekeeping. Items left behind and found by housekeeping (except perishables, clothing, and toiletries) will be held for up to five (5) calendar days. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you; unclaimed items may be discarded after that period.

Changes to these terms

The Hotel reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Please visit this page regularly for updates. Changes effective before your departure are part of your reservation agreement. A copy of the current Terms is available on our website, in the guest room notebook, and at the front desk.

Email communication

By signing up for Hotel emails, you agree to receive account, transactional, promotional, or travel-related messages. You may opt out via your account settings or the unsubscribe link in any email.

Website content

Content on the Hotel's website (including prices, descriptions, and availability) is proprietary. You may not modify, copy, distribute, or re-sell any content, software, or services obtained from or through the site without permission.

Governing law and venue

These Terms and any disputes arising from your reservation or stay are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any litigation shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts within Tarrant County, Texas.

Assumption of risk (COVID-19 and illness)

By entering Hotel Revel property, you acknowledge the risk of exposure to infectious diseases, including COVID-19. You voluntarily assume such risks and agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Hotel, MTX Hospitality, and their respective employees, managers, contractors, and agents from any claims arising from or related to exposure to COVID-19 or other illness during your stay, visit, or use of the property, including claims based on negligence. You represent that you are over 18 and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. This section applies to the extent permitted by applicable law and may be modified or terminated when applicable health restrictions end.
